Love My Baby

A song, a shadow of a memory, and fourteen years without my mother.

Death is odd.

One minute you're watching somebody laugh and smile, next minute you're watching them get laid 6ft below the earth.

It's been 14 years since I lost my mom to child birth. And as much as it seems everybody "me included" has moved on, I live everyday imagining what life would've been like with her. But that's some reality I'd never relate too.

Wizkids Love my Baby is playing and I miss her even more. She used to love the song.

Rest In Peace Joy "my beloved mother" 🕊️
